Option 1:

A deposit of €150.00 per bike cash, debit card and leaving a valid passport or ID card per bike. No driver’s license. Your ID will be safely stored, in a sealed envelope, in our vault

We do not accept a copy of passport or ID card when renting an electric bike.

The deposit is for any damage. In case of theft, the renter remains liable and we will report it to the police at all times. See also our terms and conditions in case of theft. We ask for your understanding for these measures. Unfortunately we have been robbed several times of our E bikes, therefore we have changed to these conditions.

If you rent an Urban Arrow cargo bike from us is not insured.

Accessories to rent:

Maxi cosi € 5, – per day
Rain hood (cover) € 5, – per day
Toddler tray €5,- per day

Do you bring your own Maxi Cosi? Please indicate when booking that you need a cargo bike with attachment. you can do this in the comment field on the checkout page. We also have bikes with benches.

Prohibited dog in Urban Arrow cargo bike It is strictly prohibited to transport dogs in it.

Strictly forbidden to do removals with it.

We do NOT rent by the half day.
