Option 1:

Leaving behind a valid passport or ID card per bicycle. No driver’s license. Your ID will be stored safely in a closed envelope in our safe

We do not accept a copy of the passport or ID card when renting an electric bicycle.

The deposit is for any damage. In the event of theft, the tenant remains liable and we will always report it to the police. See also our conditions for theft. We ask for your understanding for these measures. Unfortunately, we have been robbed of our E bikes several times, which is why we have switched to these conditions.

If you rent an Urban Arrow cargo bike from us, it is not insured.

Maxi cosi €5 per day
Rain cover (cover) €5 per day
