Companies/Groups:

Companies, schools, exchange programmes, staff outings, reunions, family reunions, funerals, weddings, etc: You can request via e-mail or via the quotation form.

Arrangements:

We can arrange any arrangement you require. If you have your own ideas, we will be happy to look at them with you and then provide you with a quote within 24 hours.

Quote:

You can request a quote by clicking here. We will quote from 15 to 30 bikes. We do not quote prices for on-site deliveries.

Important to know:

The confirmation/invoice should be checked for correctness immediately after receipt. Any inaccuracies should always be notified in writing. For groups and companies, we ask for an additional deposit of 300 euros to be paid in the shop (i.e. outside the valid ID). This does not apply to the E-bikes, for which different conditions apply. See rental conditions for E bikes.

Payment:

Would you like to pay by invoice?

That is possible, we will charge a €10 administration fee. At least 4 days before the rental date, the order amount must be paid to Rent a Bike Haarlem. If not, you will be charged an administrative fee of €19.50 excluding 21% VAT. Please read the terms and conditions before you make a definite reservation. After making a reservation (also by e-mail), our terms and conditions are definitively applicable.

Cancellation:

We do not apply a cancellation policy and we do not return any money, not even in case of illness. The driver fee always includes VAT and a KM count. Evening rates start at 18.00 hrs and are a one-off charge of €50 (incl VAT). Tandems, E-bikes, delivery tricycles and our Pedal Back bikes are not delivered to the location. The driver fee starts at 15 bicycles and ends at 30 bicycles. Larger quantities are no longer possible. For more information, please email info@rentabikehaarlem.nl.
